Description
Hilltop Reserve is one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, and we are looking for a conscientious and organized housekeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for keeping both the common areas and resident’s apartments clean. You will play a critical role in the everyday lives of our amazing residents in our community. This is a full time position working days 9am to 5pm, must have one weekend day available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting
- Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing
- Removes dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solution
- Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning
- Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping preferred
- Personable and friendly with residents
- Conscientious and detail oriented
- Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
Pay:
$19.50 - $20.50 an hour, based on experience
