As a Medical Assistant/Radiology Tech, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care by supporting our providers and creating a seamless, positive experience for every patient.
- Full-time position with 8-hour weekday shifts.
- You will primarily work with one provider, so we seek an adaptable team player who is ready to assist wherever needed.
- Our clinic operates in a busy, fast-paced environment, making this role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys dynamic workflows.

Selected Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms.
- Triage patients as needed, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
- Administer vaccines, injections, and medications as directed.
- Record patient data and vital signs prior to the provider’s visit.
- Assist physicians with examinations and a variety of procedures.
- Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms, ensuring necessary supplies are available.
- Maintain proper disinfection and infection control protocols.
- Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging.
- Phone in prescriptions and distribute medications as ordered by the provider.
- Operate X-ray equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
- Ensure strict compliance with radiation safety standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and the Radiation Safety Officer regarding image interpretation, workflow, and RSO communication.
- Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate imaging logs, patient records, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Preferred certification: CMA, CCMA, RMA, or EMT.
- Preferred minimum of one year of Medical Assistant experience
- Completion of an accredited X-Ray Technician program, required
