About the role

SUMMARY: Responsible for monitoring production workflow between Quality Control, Packing Stations, and Cartoning System. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operation and monitoring of box-sizers and packaging throughput;
Work with management to identify and assist with departmental efficiency and quality;
Monitor daily workflow and align staff as needed;
Research and verify configuration problems;
Verify loose piece orders;
Monitor and align staff as necessary for pack stations.

Ability to lift 50 lbs;
Basic math and reading skills;
Ability to work at a fast pace;
PC knowledge desired;
Analytical problem solving ability;
Leadership ability,
Communication skills, both verbal and written.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Equivalent to at least a high school education and 3-12 months experience in Quality Control.
