About this Role:

GoodRx is seeking a motivated and highly organized Account Specialist to join our Client Success Team. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Managers to deliver strong client outcomes across pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with experience working in client management, wearing multiple hats, and thriving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Account Specialist will contribute client-ready insights and support the successful delivery of client objectives through strong cross-functional collaboration and operational execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Managers to support high-tier pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts, with the opportunity to independently lead small to mid-size accounts over time.

  • Develop and compile client-ready insights, including monthly data analyses and performance readouts.

  • Collaborate with  external and internal partners, including Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Strategy—to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

  • Build productive relationships with clients and agency partners, and manage the regulatory review submission process.

  • Facilitate program implementation by managing internal timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate status documentation.

  • Create visual program examples using GoodRx’s enterprise CMS platform.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in client management, or experience working with Pharma manufacturers.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate multiple variables, and determine appropriate actions within established guidelines.

  • Proven ability to work independently with limited day-to-day oversight while managing competing priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear, client-ready insights.

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and adapting to new challenges.

  • Experience with pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency.

  • Curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies and performance-driven client solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and project management platforms.

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$77,000.00 - $122,000.00

New York Office:

$70,000.00 - $112,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$64,000.00 - $102,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$58,000.00 - $92,000.00
