Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral part of a successful team, providing essential support in reporting, budget and forecasting activities, long-range planning, and ad hoc financial analysis for the Consumer Disposal business. This role specifically focuses on Instant Cash Offer (ICO) and Private Seller Direct Offer (PSDO).
Key Responsibilities:
· Finance Leadership: Serve as the finance lead supporting the Consumer Solution’s Senior Director of Strategic Planning including all financial support for the ICO and PSDO business lines.
· Financial Analysis: Analyze month-end results, drive forecast development, and identify and quantify risks and opportunities.
· Collaborative Reporting: Partner with business leads and matrix partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis for all ad hoc requests.
· Business Case Development: Create business cases to support leadership decisions on initiatives and investments.
· Performance Improvement: Provide financial and operational insights through analysis to help manage and enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with 4+ years of work experience in a financial environment. A candidate may also have a Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience. A non-degree candidate will have 8+ years of experience.
· Strong analytical ability with track record of delivered results
· Solid analytical and research capabilities required
· Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Self-starter with flexibility and willingness to balance multiple, changing priorities and work under tight deadlines and experienced in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating one’s own work
· Work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, or projects
· Advanced MS Excel skills required, including formulas, financial functions, pivot tables, design, and formatting for executive presentations
· Experience with OneStream Enterprise Financial system is a strong plus.
· Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
