Producer - Optus Sport

Optus Sport is Where Football Belongs: the Australian home of the Premier League, LaLiga, UEFA Nations League, Barclays FA Women’s Super League, J.League and the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Since Optus Sport’s inception in 2016, we have championed coverage that allows the Australian football fan to watch the world’s best games when they want and how they want, live, or on demand.

Your experience as a producer will put you in good stead to think creatively and identify a target audience to tailor content specifically for the consumer across both internal and public platforms. You will also work closely with our digital and social teams, editors, and on-screen talent to develop video content for Optus Sport OTT platform & off-platform channels.

This role also requires a level of knowledge and experience that would allow you to edit content, potential to self-present, and ensure end to end ownership of content, from creation through to delivery. Scriptwriting, podcast and podcast production is also part of our content strategy, and all are tasks that you should be comfortable fulfilling.

Your skills to pay the bills
 

•  A proven track record in producing content.
• Experience in studio productions, in particular sport and football.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven understanding of production workflows, broadcast equipment and systems.
