SALARY: $104,800 - $124,450, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Brewery Tech Engineer will manage IT/OT issues impacting personnel and processes across all departments. Responsibilities include handling IT/OT requests, troubleshooting and repairing systems, and developing training for process engineers and technicians.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

•  Provide solutions for IT/OT issues impacting personnel and processes across brewery departments. 

• Manage the IT/OT support backlog and allocate resources to ensure timely and effective resolution of requests. 

• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of systems, including: 

• Thin Clients 

• HMI/SCADA interfaces 

• Printers and hardware peripherals 

• Software applications 

• Phone systems and VoIP 

• Digital workplace tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook 

• Deliver off-hours “on call” support for critical system failures affecting production or communication. 

• Support and maintain digital collaboration platforms, including: 

• User access and permissions 

• Device synchronization issues 

• Integration with mobile and remote work environments 

• Develop training materials and standards to upskill process engineers and technicians in the use of digital workplace technologies and IT/OT systems. 

• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of recurring or high-impact issues. 

• Standardize and centralize IT troubleshooting procedures and process documentation. 

• Collaborate with North America and Global IT support teams to align on best practices and shared solutions. 

• Facilitate routine audits of IT Preventative Maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with digital security protocols. 

• Lead or support the development, documentation, and implementation of process improvements and new technology initiatives, including pilot testing and rollout of digital tools.   

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, or IT management. 

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% and demonstrate adaptability to necessary changes. 

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, engineering, or manufacturing essential 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Platform mandatory 

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction 

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and workload independently
