Job Title: Guest Services Representative

Shift:​ As needed - office is open 6a-11:30p, Sun.-Sat.
Location: Holy Cross - Germantown Hospital

Position Purpose

The Guest Services Representative (GSR) supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital by creating a positive first impression of the organization by greeting, welcoming, and

assisting patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and hospitable manner.

As a Guest Services Representative, you will:

• Provide a greeting to patients, visitors, and staff upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression and welcoming atmosphere.

• Ensures appropriate visitor badges to all patients, visitors, guests and vendors.

• Ensure employees who enter the building display the appropriate employee badge.

• Interact with patients, family members, co-workers, and all other customers in a professional manner.  Ensures patient confidentiality is maintained during all patient and family interactions.

• Maintain composure in difficult situations. Exhibit good judgment when resolving patient problems and referring issues to the department manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• 1+ year as a concierge, receptionist, nursing assistant, or transporter in a healthcare setting (preferred)

Pay Range:

• $17.65 - $21.63

• Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
