Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

Position: Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning (San Jose, California) - Multiple Positions

Duties:

• Manage wafer starts execution in ADI’s fabs and foundry network through data analytics and cross functional collaboration with manufacturing, business units, demand planning & other org units.
• Be a power user of JDA's Supply Chain Planner (SCP), Factory Planner (FP), Inventory Optimizer (IO), SAP software apps in driving Supply Chain KPIs.
• Define and measure key performance metrics for internal and external factory operations against targets, capacity health and delivery plans through automated Python/SQL/Tableau/Excel programs.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners to forecast long and short-term capacity needs for customer demand fulfilment using Supply/Demand data analysis and JDA SCP software output.
• Identify opportunities and creative solutions to complex open-ended problems.
• Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of key SCM metrics, performance against targets and trends to senior management and improve the metrics over time to drive increased productivity and profitability.
• Identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field  plus two (2) years of work experience in the job offered or closely related field.

Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/ knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education.

Such expertise/ knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time." Required expertise/ knowledge includes:

• Using statistics and data analytics
• Data analytics with SAP tools, Tableau, Advanced Excel
• Process automation with SQL,
• Project management across geographically distributed teams.

Salary: $107,619.00 - $138,000.00/year
