We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.



It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.



This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.



About the team

The Safety Ops team within ADSEO (Al Data Service and Eco Operations team) under T&S is committed to addressing global concerns related to content safety and managing data service requests within the field of Artificial Intelligence. In order to uphold bottom-line safety and negative content governance on our platforms and explore cutting-edge Al technologies and their applications, like LLM models, our team goes above and beyond in optimizing user experiences and delivering groundbreaking models by dedicatedly serving model training and evaluation to verify and continually enhance model performance and strategies.



What will I do

As a Project Manager in Safety Ops, you will be the owner who drives end-to-end management of data service projects from request evaluation to project closure. You will be responsible for their successful delivery of high quality and efficiency while playing a role in enhancing our team's overall operational efficiency and strategies.

You will work closely with product managers, machine learning engineers, and other global stakeholders to drive the success of data labeling projects and model performance, ensure the safety of our users and products, and explore cutting-edge Al technologies.



Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end operations of labeling projects, from request evaluation, project planning to human resources, quality, progress, and risk management;

- Monitor and analyze project progress to uphold and improve efficiency and quality performance to ensure

successful delivery;

- Optimize project processes and improve overall efficiency through comprehensive analysis of project data and business scenarios;

- Collaborate with diverse global cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, evaluate and implement project plans, and drive project progress to satisfy business requirements;
