What You’ll Do

Carry out daily housekeeping tasks in assigned areas, including resident rooms and common spaces.
Make sure Caution/Safety signs are in place when needed to ensure a safe environment.
Keep your work areas clean and organized, and ensure tools and supplies are stored properly.
Let your supervisor know when cleaning or laundry supplies are running low.
Lend a hand in the laundry area when needed.
Take on other related tasks as assigned to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

A high school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required).
Strong communication skills with coworkers, residents, and their families.
The ability to make day-to-day decisions that support your team and department with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, dependable attitude.
You’re flexible, compassionate, and enjoy helping others.
Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus—but not required. We welcome all applicants!
