A Day in the Life

The National Clinical Service Program Manager is a pivotal role within the fast-growing CAS US Sales Organization, responsible for designing, leading and managing the clinical service strategies and programs across the US. This position demands a forward-looking leader with strategic planning, project management, and clinical service expertise. This role will collaborate with sales, marketing, training and related stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term CAS business objectives, and ensure the highest standards of patient care, technical expertise and service delivery in the hospital and other care settings.

This is a remote opportunity located within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee national clinical service programs, ensuring alignment with the CAS Operating Unit strategic goals and objectives in a fast-paced, high growth environment. These include best in class, innovative hiring, onboarding, development, growth and retention related service team programs.

• Strategic Planning: Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to optimize resourcing and enhance service delivery, adapting to the dynamic nature of the business.

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards in a high growth setting.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, training/education, and healthcare providers. Ensure alignment with commercial objectives and coordinated execution across the US field force.

• Measurement and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate program and business outcomes, implementing improvements to drive execution.

• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on program performance and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in medical device, sales, clinical service or education.

·Occasional handling of equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds, and moving items from one surface to another at approximately the same level, and from ground level to table height 

·Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day 

·Environmental exposures include infectious disease, radiation, MRI, and blood and bodily fluids 

·Ability to wear a 5-7lbs lead apron for extended periods of time 

·Frequently required to manipulate objects, tools and controls 

·Frequent bending or stooping or balancing to manipulate cables and/or manage inventory 

·Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
