SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. We are building a team of innovative, collaborative, and passionate individuals who are committed to shaping the future of retail and redefining the customer experience.
Role Overview

At SKIMS, we're not just opening stores, we’re reinventing what retail can be. The Retail Excellence Field Manager plays a pivotal role in this transformation, acting as the engine that powers scalable, elevated execution across our store fleet. This is a high-impact, field-based role responsible for turning strategy into action, and process into performance.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Retail Operations and works in close collaboration with the Field Leader to ensure day-to-day store support is both strategic and actionable. While the VP drives the broader project pipeline and operational roadmap, the Retail Excellence Manager partners with the Regional Field Leader to stay tightly aligned on store needs, executional opportunities, and field feedback loops. This role is tailor-made for someone who is both brand elevation and opportunity obsessed—driven to raise the bar on every in-store experience and passionate about finding smart, scalable solutions to drive results. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with store teams, HQ partners, and cross-functional collaborators to operationalize innovation, optimize store performance, and constantly push toward what's next. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how SKIMS shows up in the physical world, from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring each space operates with precision and feels distinctly SKIMS.

  • Monitor and influence operational KPIs such as RFID compliance, replenishment accuracy, and productivity metrics, using data to unlock performance.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Project Implementation

  • Act as a strategic partner between field teams and HQ, bringing store insights into the fold and delivering solutions that balance business goals with in-store realities.
  • Drive execution of high-impact projects including RFID implementation, BOH transformations, new shipment protocols, and the operational ramp-up for all new store locations.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Visual, Allocation, Planning, and IT to solve friction points and create a seamless operational ecosystem.

Training, Tools & Communication

  • Lead operational training during new store openings and major initiative rollouts, ensuring teams are equipped to execute from day one.
  • Coach Ops Leads and Store Managers on tools, routines, and decision-making frameworks that support elevated, efficient operations.
  • Partner with Retail Communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and timeliness in how updates are delivered and adopted across the fleet.

Business Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Relentlessly pursue opportunities to refine tools, processes, and workflows - reducing friction, enhancing productivity, and supporting field team empowerment.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset by gathering feedback from store teams, iterating on solutions, and sharing best practices across locations.
  • Review and evolve core SOPs and policies with a focus on scalability, compliance, and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with planning and allocation to optimize product movement strategies, reducing cost while ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
