We are looking for our future Business Analyst to join our teams.
π― Your Missions
The Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting plans, strategies, and business systems associated with the technical environments within the client, as well as identifying business needs, assessing the impact of system or process changes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and providing insight to ensure requirements are translated into workable business solutions. They may also provide post-implementation support to the client business stakeholders and end-users to ensure solutions meet the near and long-term prescribed business requirements.Β
Tasks/Responsibilities Include:
- Developing work plans to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Gathering information through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
- Leading workshops to collect user requirements.
- Analyzing and validating business requirements.
- Prioritizing requirements and developing traceability matrices.
- Documenting current and future business processes and performing gap analysis.
- Creating business process models and comprehensive business cases to evaluate costs, benefits, ROI, and TCO.
- Identifying value gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
- Enhancing core business processes and supporting continuous improvement across domains.
- Recommending process improvements aligned with best practices.
- Analyzing risks and controls, and following up on approvals.
- Developing business and project management documentation.
- Supporting solution design and participating in Agile activities.
- Assessing opportunities and recommending implementation alternatives.
- Supporting solution integration, acceptance testing, and providing post-implementation support.
- Escalating high-priority issues or risks.
- Delivering reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Provide updates/status reporting to project team management as required.
π Your Profile
- Must have more than ten (10) years professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years from the date of bid closing working as a business analyst
- Has a minimum of ten (10) years professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years regularly organizing and facilitating virtual, in person, or hybrid multi- stakeholder meetings/workshops to solicit or refine business requirements.
- Has a minimum of seven (7) years professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years working directly with one or more technical implementation teams to provide business requirements in a manner that allows for efficient technical implementation
- Has professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years producing at least four (4) of the Business Analysis artifacts below.
- An βas isβ versus βto beβ analysis.
- A gap analysis.
- An options analysis.
- Data visualizations such as charts or tables to support a business decision.
- A Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) Matrix (or similar).
- A report that provides strategic advice, recommendations, and/or an overview on a given topic.
- Has a minimum of five (5) years professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years decomposing requested business features/requirements int
