Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE?Traveler Support Counselors?to join our June 23rd, 2025,?class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries.

• Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.

• Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.

• Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit.

• Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in a call center environment.

• 2+ years of experience working remotely
