We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong><em><br></em></p> <ul> <li><strong>Build and evolve Otter Insights</strong> — enable customers to answer questions like “How’s my business doing?”, “What should I focus on today”, and “What do I owe for taxes” through best-in-class data intensive applications and experiences.</li> <li><strong>Ship full-stack product features with end to end ownership</strong>: React/TypeScript UI in Fiber micro-frontends, data integration via GraphQL and analytics APIs, and close partnership with data/platform engineers on metrics definitions and data correctness.</li> <li><strong>Modernize our product suite: </strong>add chat with your data, data storytelling, scheduled reports, and other features that modernizes our product suite.</li> <li><strong>Build a reusable platform: </strong>support our engineering community through reusable FE components and building a Board Maker product to ship dashboards through a no-code interface.</li> <li><strong>Own quality and reliability</strong> through layered testing with Jest, and Cypress and building performance testing frameworks.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years</strong> building production web applications, with strong ownership of features from design through launch and iteration.</li> <li><strong>Deep frontend expertise</strong> in <strong>React and TypeScript</strong>: component architecture, hooks, state management, data fetching (React Query, Apollo/GraphQL), and building accessible, performant data-heavy UIs.</li> <li><strong>Full-stack mindset</strong> — comfortable working across the stack: consuming and shaping API contracts, debugging data discrepancies with backend/analytics services.</li> <li><strong>Experience with analytics or BI products</strong> — dashboards, reporting, metrics exploration, financial/operational reporting, or similar; bonus if you've built charting, filtering, or self-serve ana
