Senior Information Architect

Position Overview: Juniper Networks’ Product Adoption Content & Education (PACE) team is seeking a Senior Information Architect to lead and innovate our documentation website and our Pathfinder data web applications. This role involves designing and managing the underlying architecture and taxonomy and contributing to the user experience of our site, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of content and data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in taxonomy, website design and architecture, and domain knowledge of networking, particularly Juniper networking products. What You Will Do: Project Leadership:

• Lead the development and implementation of projects related to the documentation website and Pathfinder applications.
• Ensure a robust and scalable experience for our content and data delivery systems.

Taxonomy and Structure:

• Develop and maintain taxonomies to organize and categorize content effectively.
• Design intuitive and efficient website architectures to enhance user experience.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with team members and stakeholders across the organization to align project goals and objectives.
• Communicate project progress, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Technical Expertise:

• Serve as a technical liaison, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest technological trends, particularly in content strategy, technical documentation, and information architecture.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Explore and implement emerging technologies, like AI/LLM, to enhance our documentation and data applications.
• Contribute to the team’s technical knowledge and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements: Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (e.g., 7+ years in a similar role).

Experience and Skills:

• Strong experience in taxonomy, website design, and architecture.
• Domain knowledge of networking.
• Proven project leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Desirable Skills: Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with web technologies and tools for content and data delivery.
• Familiarity with DITA and XML-based writing environments.

Networking Knowledge:

• Demonstrated understanding of networking concepts, with experience using Junos and Juniper networking products.

Analytical and Problem-Solving:

• Ability to define, track, and interpret key metrics.
• Adaptability to new tasks and challenges.

Minimum Salary: $123,750.00

Maximum Salary:$189,750.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $123,750.00 and $189,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
