Job Description：
*** Proficient in Mandarin as they need to communicate with team in China***

• Dive deep into the quality of retail business across the region.
• Identify business challenges, aid stores in crafting improvement strategies, and oversee their implementation through follow-ups and regular evaluations.
• Work in tandem with our headquarters' retail business management team. Your role will be crucial in orchestrating team operations, upholding regional mapping, and carving out strategic positions.
• Led a series of retail initiatives focusing on terminal sales. This includes managing territory product launching activities and leading overall Client product shelf rate performance. Your goal will be to boost retail efficiency and outcomes. Manage the regional retail team, encompassing staff management, performance tracking, and collaborating with headquarters to refine performance strategies.
• Actively participate in planning and executing other regional business-related projects.
• Attend trade shows and other support if needed (Up to 20% travel)
• Market research and consumer research support

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in relevant industries ( FMCG, Vaping, B2B Retail Industry)
• Project management skills and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce is essential. Strong data analysis skills and business sense are required
