- Evaluating, recruiting, and retaining suitable team members through thorough training, supervision, counseling, and coaching.
- Strategies for providing impactful leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members, aiming to recognize and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Assess and review office production and procedures to devise innovative methods for enhancing efficiency.
- The significance of honoring commitments and maintaining open communication with direct supervisors to foster trust-based relationships, addressing issues and concerns openly and promptly.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies, and addressing others in a professional and respectful manner.
- Formulate and propose programs aimed at improving office operations, patient retention, and profitability.
- Stay updated on software systems to manage and retrieve data for managerial reporting.
- Collaborate with HR to assess, investigate, and resolve staff and patient issues.
- Complete and submit employee records to HR, payroll, and other relevant departments.
