Redaptive is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a newer HR professional to gain exposure to all areas of human resources in a progressive, growing company that embraces forward thinking approaches in leading and managing talent. In this role, you will provide general HR support for the organization. The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Global Chief People Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with People Operations and Finance teams to prepare job postings, create job descriptions, and coordinate the job requisition process.
- Provide support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, including coordinating and scheduling interviews, updating our ATS, and collaborating with candidates, recruiters, and hiring manager at various stages of the interview process with speed and efficiency.
- Ensure an exceptional interview and candidate experience through proactive problem solving, process improvement, regular communication, and timely scheduling.
- Review candidate credentials.
- Facilitate the background checking process.
- Facilitate job evaluations.
- Interpret human resources policies and provide information to employees.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage and maintain the I-9 verification process.
- Support the performance management process, benefits open enrollment, wellness initiatives, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and other processes and projects.
- Conduct research, analyze data and prepare recommendations on assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-4 + years of business/HR related experience
- Some exposure to HR and/or payroll systems
- Solid command of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality related talent and recruitment information
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
Permanent Authorization in the US is required at this time.

- Expected annual salary: 75k (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
- Annual at-target bonus: minimum 10% of salary depending on level of role
