Overview: Participates in the conceptual design of large scope projects and provides full support through the entire project. Serves as an SME on areas of expertise. Project size and complexity differentiates this position as a Senior role. Responsible for technical design aspects of major projects with complexity, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that meet the client’s needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of moderate to large complex projects.
- Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs.
- Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
- Provides assistance to project team as instructed by and under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Architect, or Engineer.
- Uses design technology software to prepare project documents.
- Draws finished designs from sketches.
- Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
- Performs analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
- Prepares project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data.
- Writes reports and specifications.
- Provides technical guidance to less experienced staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Architecture from a five-year NAAB accredited college or university.
- Proficient with Revit.
- 10+ years of experience preferred.
- Position only available to candidates residing in EST and CST time zones.
