Agile Coach/Project Management Analyst

Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):  Spry is seeking a Certified Scrum Master/Project Management Analyst to join our contract with a government customer in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will facilitate the development of Agile processes, documentation, and ceremonies, while providing comprehensive project management support across various initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and financial managers to ensure successful project execution and adherence to Agile principles. 

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

• Financial Collaboration: Work with the Business Financial Manager (BFM) to create financial reports and monitor spending against task book constraints.
• Leadership Support: Assist project and Integrated Planning Team (IPT) leadership in developing task books and implementing contract strategies, while tracking and monitoring progress.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Coach senior managers in Agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices. Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams.
• Troubleshooting: Maintain objectivity regarding issues and apply Agile principles to troubleshoot them effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a mutually supportive environment within Team Spry, ensuring open communication and collaboration to better support our customer and one another.

Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with Risk Exchange+, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Power BI
• Experience working with NIWC Atlantic or DoD environment
• Education - Bachelors degree in business or technical field
