Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Table Games Dealer possesses the ability to accurately take guest bets, payout bets, and make change for guests.
• Capacity to demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.
• Capability to consistently keep shuffle time at 2 minutes or less.
• Ability to alert the Floor Supervisor of any suspected irregularities on the game. Never correct their own mistakes.
• Proficiency in maintaining familiarity with all novelty game procedures.

 

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Must have Blackjack training and or experience. Two (2) years dealing in a commercial casino environment and/or accreditation from a professional gaming school (TS Dealer School) is preferred.
• Must possess mathematical ability; counts cards, pays out bets, and makes change.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language; must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy. 
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Must meet our age requirement of 18 years of age.
