Our mission is to operationalize standards for the efficient execution of Initiative Management, simplify the process for how work gets into the R&D Planning pipeline to lay the path for objectives and key results fulfillment, provide guidance and governance on standard processes for teams through Standards & Processes, and surface R&D data in Analysis and Reporting.
