What you will do

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be a key member of our Performance Foundation team, collaborating closely in a trio of a Senior Product Manager and an Engineering Team Lead. Your focus will be on the critical replatforming of a highly technical and data-driven product, directly influencing our strategy and roadmap. You will work end-to-end with your trio and the wider engineering team to elevate our product experience. A major part of your role will be to ensure a user-centered design culture across the organization.

Where you will have impact

• Work within a cross-functional team to identify and solve complex problems for new and existing products.
• Lead the end-to-end product design process, working closely with User Research and Product Management to promote a user-centered approach.
• Take an active role in user research and testing to ensure the usability and effectiveness of your designs.
• Own the performance of your designs by tracking key metrics and iterating on solutions to drive user and business goals.
• Safeguard a consistent, high-quality user experience and product vision across our entire product portfolio.
• Support and coach junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
• Contribute to our evolving design system from an interaction design perspective.

You'll be joining our UX Design team, within our Design & Research department. We're a team of eight talented designers with diverse skills and a passion for growth. While each designer is embedded within a specific product team, in your case, the Performance Foundation team, we believe our strength comes from collaboration. Who you are

• 5+ years of relevant design experience in a B2B/B2C SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process and its impact on users and the business.
• Proven experience driving user research initiatives and using data to inform design decisions.
• Significant experience designing for data-driven products and simplifying complex information.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience in product discovery.
• A proactive and autonomous work style with a high sense of accountability.
• Experience mentoring other designers and contributing to shared resources like design systems.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
