TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Program Management: Lead and manage transportation programs from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
2. Transportation Solutions and Strategy: Develop and implement customer-centric transportation solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance customer experience.
3. Operations & Process Improvement: Identify and drive operational and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the transportation network.
4. Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of advanced transportation technologies to enhance operational capabilities and drive innovation
5. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing transportation solutions team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
6. Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize transportation solutions within the broader logistics network.
7. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success and efficiency of transportation solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in transportation, return process management, or customer experience roles within a logistics framework, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
3. Program and Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage resources, and deliver results on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
2. Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
3. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
