About the role

Overview

The Sr. Technical Product Specialist within the Digital Transformation and Technology department is a member of the Agile team who is accountable and responsible for the product to which they are assigned.

This role is responsible for the Field Service Management (FSM) product within Chick-fil-A's support ecosystem. This includes stewardship of Field Service module within Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as stewardship of the Technician App, a model-driven canvas app that field technicians use to schedule and coordinate field service within Chick-fil-A Restaurants. In this role, the specialist will support the Enterprise Asset & Field Service Management program and work closely with the transformation office. This role must collaborate with functional partners and technical teams to ensure the FSM product stays healthy, running and secure.

Responsibilities

Serves as primary representative of the business stakeholders' interests in sprint backlog prioritization and requirements discussions, ensuring that all priorities for the team in alignment with the business stakeholder roadmap(s) are met.
Knowledgeable about the product to the extent that is needed to be effective in the role. Represents the product to others within the organization.
Works to maximize the business value delivered by the team in each development sprint. Ensures that user stories, themes, and epics are written, refined, and clearly define a universal definition of done.
Facilitates and oversees the immediate needs of the development team as they arise by being fully available to the team.
Facilitates estimation sessions, backlog grooming efforts, and sprint reviews.
Coordinates user acceptance testing and all necessary external validation efforts.
Accepts stories after they are deemed complete by the development team.
Attends all team retrospectives and assists with driving continuous improvement across the team.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge and/or experience with other Agile development approaches and techniques
Experience in driving teams and management to decisions
Experience with technical systems, data structures and languages
Experience leading significant system or platform enhancements/implementations
Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development approaches and techniques
Experience in driving teams and management to decisions 
Ability to understand business needs and translate them to functional/technical requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Excellent personal and relational intelligence
