Shift Supervisor

Description

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the shift, including scheduling, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. The Shift Manager will also be expected to provide leadership and guidance to team members and ensure that all customer service goals are met. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that employees are following company policies and procedures.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure quality customer service.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed.
• Schedule staff shifts and assign duties.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Address customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Resolve conflicts between staff members.

Requirements

-Must be 18 years or older

-Must have at least one year of supervisor experience

-Drivers license is preferred
