We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing Finance team. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll help scale our accounting operations and continue to elevate the integrity and efficiency of our financial systems as the company grows. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making through sound accounting practices and high-quality reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close
• Supervise and develop a small team of 1–3 accountants
• Lead annual audits, tax filings, and compliance processes
• Design and implement internal controls and accounting policies
• Drive ERP selection and lead the implementation process
• Partner with external consultants to evaluate and document accounting positions
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and operational planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements
• Provide timely reconciliations and generate system-based reports as needed
• Manage ad-hoc finance projects from initiation through execution

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of progressive accounting management experience; 5+ years in SaaS
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and both routine and complex accounting operations
• Active CPA license (required)
