As a Senior Strategy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and reviewing the overall firm strategy, and driving strategy processes in the business
• Assessing and advising on strategic business matters, such as market trends, competitive analysis, growth opportunities, and risk management
• Supporting on strategic initiatives and projects across the division and the firm
• Engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners to build strong relationships and alignment
• Participating in the Exco secretariat duties - compiling agenda and content for meeting to drive good debate
• Working with Front Office and Infrastructure areas to ensure required levels of business support.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a Postgrad degree or MBA is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate development, preferably in the Corporate & Investment Banking industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A proactive, creative, and innovative mindset

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
