Job Details:

SUMMARY: Preparing daily and weekly breeder reports using Hatchery tickets and Breeder farm inventories. Enter daily data into Grow-out System and emailing information to operations team. Other duties include maintaining grower contracts, grower settlements, and grower pay. Breeder duties include keying in breeder farm charges, weekly inventories, services charges, grower pay, hen sales, transfers, chick placements, monthly chick cost, and capitalizations into the Grow-out System. Weekly Hatchery closing, Month-end closing, and entering Weekly KPI numbers, and other tasks as required. The person in this position will be actively involved in all accounting functions of live production both broilers and breeders.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3 plus years experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills using Excel Word and Outlook including using a Tyson Business Computer System an understanding of the system features and how to use these features. Tyson Business Computer System includes the MTech and SAP.

Communication Skills: The position is variable and requires judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, coordinating with others, and ensuring Tyson policies are followed. Attention to detail and meeting deadlines must be a priority. Preference will be given to candidates that have demonstrated they are driven to succeed, motivated to win, and desire to be a part of a winning team.
