For more about Allianz SE, <a href="https://careers.allianz.com/go/Allianz-SE/8978201/" target="_blank">click here</a>.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Who will you join?</p> <p>Group Technology Finance (GTF) is the central unit of Allianz Group that is responsible:</p> <ul> <li> <p>to oversee the planning and controlling of IT run and change budgets of Allianz Group and to analyze group IT spend and cost development</p> </li> <li> <p>to support the transformation journey within the Allianz Group towards its IT target picture and architecture, creating the needed transparency on IT financials and delivering steering impulses</p> </li> <li> <p>to drive additional efficiencies in the OEs within so called IT diagnostics projects</p> </li> <li> <p>to enhance the integrated planning and controlling framework for AZ T and the OEs, leading group wide projects e.g. further development of SAP IP module functionalities (IT planning / actuals reporting tool) and of Global IT Dashboard (a comprehensive set of KPI to steer the IT activities in the Group) and developing steering tools like dedicated TDI framework</p> </li> <li> <p>In this regard, GTF plays an important interface role  with Group COO (H4), CFO area (H2), Allianz Customer Model development (ACM), Allianz Technology and the OEs.        </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>How can you make an impact?</p> <p>As a senior IT controller, you will take over responsibilities and contribute within the following areas of activity , e.g.: </p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive and oversee the further enhancement of the planning and controlling and steering environment along the main projects described above. For this activity you will interact with several stakeholders, identify new needs, propose functional enhancements to create more transparency and productivity, manage the IT developers for our controlling platform and all the related UAT and further onboarding and training for the controlling systems of new colleagues both in the team and at OE level </p> </li> <li> <p>Support  the further enhancement of the so called IT taxonomy (guidance for IT reporting and transparency at group level)</p> </li> <li> <p>Responsibility of some Operating entities  in the IT planning and Controlling process, during the several reporting periods (planning, quarter, year end).This includes the IT Cost reporting system for Technology (CREST) and the Global IT Dashboard (GITD).  In this activity you will interact and challenge OEs and AZ Technology  IT controlling departments and prepare dedicated analyses for the H4 and AZ Se management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaboration in the analysis and preparation of the Group IT spend and cost development for H4 and AZ SE Board management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead/participate to the OE diagnostics projects, where the OEs are analyzed to enhance their IT efficiency.</p> </li> </ul> <p>        </p> <p>What are you made of?</p> <p> </p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and other business related fields or Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering  with Economics background.</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is helpful (but not a must), additional language skills are a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, VBA and PowerPoint.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of data analysis and data warehouse tools like SAP IP appreciated.</p> </li> <li> <p>Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>&gt;4-5 years in controlling departments, with IT background and project management experience. </p> </li> <li> <p>Diversified experience in IT area and in Shared service provider represents a plus. </p> </li> <li> <p>Deep knowledge of SAP systems ( also SAP IP).</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in international environment as well in Agile set up is a further plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical and communication skills needed.        </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Do we have what you need?  </p> <ul> <li> <p>Flexible working arrangements</p> </li> <li> <p>Individual and excellent career development opportunities/plans</p> </li> <li> <p>Family friendly working environment  </p> </li> <li> <p>Health and well-being offerings   </p> </li> <li> <p>Company pension and health insurance   </p> </li> <li> <p>Multinational, diverse and inclusive community   </p> </li> <li> <p>Opportunity to improve our sustainability initiatives</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p
