As we continue investing in our products and AI capabilities, we're building the next<br>generation of software for the industries we serve.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Overview<br></strong>We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing U.S. Product<br>organization supporting Newbook, our platform for RV parks and campgrounds. This role is an<br>opportunity to help shape the future of a mature product as we invest heavily in AI, business<br>intelligence, and new customer experiences.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You'll own a product area from discovery through launch while partnering closely with an<br>Australia-based engineering organization and helping expand our U.S. Product team. If you're<br>excited about influencing product strategy, solving meaningful customer problems, and helping<br>modernize an established platform, we'd love to meet you.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role requires comfort using AI as part of everyday product management work, including<br>using AI tools and emerging agentic workflows to accelerate research, planning, communication,<br>analysis, and delivery. Your success will be measured by how effectively you align stakeholders,<br>prepare teams for execution, launch impactful solutions, and use data and feedback to improve<br>product performance over time.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you'll do every day</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and team capacity using structured prioritization methods.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to product direction by identifying customer problems
