Your New RolePeople Relations (“PR”) is a department comprised of a team of seasoned investigatorslocated in the US, EMEA and LATAM. The primary function of the department is toconduct objective, balanced, and thorough investigations into claims of harassment,discrimination, retaliation, and other serious policy violations in the workplace. ThePeople Relations team operates with the highest level of integrity and business ethicsleveraging insights to influence all levels of the organization. The team acts withwarmth, empathy, compassion, and creativity to drive effectiveness through theinvestigative process.The Strategy and Operations Specialist is essential in supporting the PR department bymanaging a diverse range of responsibilities. This includes serving as the primarycontact for initial inquiries, developing processes and procedures to enhance teamefficiency, and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for the case managementsystem, CaseIQ. Additionally, this role provides high-level administrative support to theVP People Relations as well as the leadership team, encompassing scheduling, travelcoordination, and special projects.Your Role Accountabilities- Serve as a SME for CaseIQ, which includes setting up new users, troubleshooting issues for existing end-users, developing quick reference guides, assisting with training, and being the main tester for system upgrades.
- Act as the primary contact for the PR inbox and EthicsPoint, triaging concerns and conducting research to respond to inquiries and requests.
- Track and follow up on EP claims to ensure appropriate steps taken cand matters are closed out in relevant systems.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system for reporting.
- Assist with creating reports and analyzing data to identify themes and trends.
- Support special projects and presentations as needed by management.
- Create and maintain investigation files, reports, and departmental trackers.
- Manage both physical and digital files for the department.
- Responsible for performing ad-hoc People Relations case or name searches.
- Creates and distributes enterprise-wide PR reports by BU
- Assist with ad hoc scheduling, travel coordination, and preparing expense reports for management. Ensure quarterly reporting continuity during Director’s time off.
- Assist in the coordination of the various department programs and activities to promote
- team engagement and culture.
- Assist with on-boarding and training new members of the team.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or Legal setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required
- Experience with Workday and/or CaseIQ or other case management system is highly preferred 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Administration or a similar role
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
- Experience and knowledge of HR policies, practices and procedures
- Strong sense of urgency and outstanding follow-up and follow-through
- Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic global team environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
