Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training simulations, assessments, and job aids.

• Support and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for training initiatives.

• Plan and execute training rollouts, including managing enrollment and evaluation processes.

• Apply practical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems and adapt existing methods.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project objectives and build a professional network within the organization.

• Influence and support internal stakeholders to achieve training goals.

Our requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.

• Proven ability to manage diverse assignments of moderate scope and complexity.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and influence project outcomes.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating learning materials.

• Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
