Bartender Part Time

This is a part time position working Monday and Tuesday 2 - 7 pm.  Other shifts may be available to pick up but not guaranteed.

Add to that on-site Pastry Chef, Jose Alonzo III, and a very long list of awards and accolades including Michelin “Plate Distinction” recognition.

The Role:

NINE-TEN Restaurant and Bar at the Grande Colonial is hiring a part time weekend bartender to work 2 shifts each week. The ability to to pick up shifts is preferred. The bartender is a vital ole in our restaurant. Both guests of our hotels and regulars frequent the Nine Ten Bar and it provides an important first and lasting impression.   

Requirements

• Takes orders from customers or servers.
• Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serves wine and bottled beer.
• Collects money for drinks served.
• Orders or requisition liquors and supplies.
• Always presenting an attractive bar area by organizing and cleaning bar area.
• Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Replenishes bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.
