Major Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and management for the daily operations of the Enrollment Center.
- Supervise Enrollment Specialists and customer service activities.
- Create and implement strategic initiatives that target goals and metrics.
- Cultivate a team-based atmosphere with the goal of providing high quality collaboration and customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
- Provide ongoing training for all Enrollment Center staff.
- Attend and participate in statewide Enrollment Center meetings.
- Manage all communications, marketing, events, and interactions within the EC.
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure open lines of communication across the state and service area.
- Initiate and manage reports related to departmental metrics.
- Assist in budget preparation and control.
- Maintain proper internal controls and ensuring compliance with college policies and procedures.
- Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Two years of experience required in at least one of the four major service areas (Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Business Support).
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and ability to keep business information confidential.
- Travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Three – five years customer service experience preferred.
- Three - five years supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages a plus.
