You collaborate effectively within a team structure and can take on tasks independently, following them through to completion.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What </span><span>You’ll</span><span> Do:</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Senior Consultants at SailPoint begin their career with product training, where they </span><span>leverage</span><span> their experience to gain a deep understanding of our SaaS and/or Software solutions. Within a month or two, they begin working on projects to </span><span>establish</span><span> connectivity to customer environments, continuing to learn about SailPoint project delivery. Within six months, Senior Consultants will be implementing solutions on small to medium sized projects with the guidance of a Solution </span><span>Architect, but</span><span> will start to </span><span>operate</span><span> independently to provide guidance to their customers on best practices. At the end of the first year, Senior Consultants will be working on projects ranging from small to large with varying complexity. They will continue to work under the guidance of a Solution Architect, but will </span><span>largely operate</span><span> independently, providing best practices to customers through working sessions and troubleshooting. Additionally, Senior Consultants will be </span><span>in a position</span><span> to mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants, being an example of how to perform their jobs at the highest level.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Work with customers on the installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint software and/or SaaS solutions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the solution and the implementation at the technical and functional level.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Configure SailPoint solutions as defined by Solution Architect and begin to contribute to solution definition.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Deliver technical training designed to enable and educate SailPoint customers and implementation partners.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Build rules for customers and evaluate rules built by customers.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Requirements:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>3+ years of professional work experience as part of a technology company with at least 2 year of customer facing experience</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Linux </span><span>platforms</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Database Knowledge in one or more of the following: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL</span></span><span> </span
