Senior Product Quality Manager

Aescape is looking for a Senior Product Quality Manager, to will play a crucial role in ensuring that issues impacting the quality and safety of Aescape products are quickly and effectively closed out. You will drive the Product Issue Management process with the cross-functional teams in Hardware, Operations, Software, and Product.  This includes tracking issue status and helping teams where they may be stuck.  As a leader within the quality team, you will be responsible. What You’ll Do 

• Develop, refine, monitor, and socialize Quality KPIs for Aescape products across the organization.  Overall owner of the Quality KPI’s - Responsible for presenting on performance to KPI’s and issues status.

• Own the Product Issues Management process - driving root-cause investigations, containments, and mitigation of product issues with cross-functional teams to lower Field Failure Rates and Margin Impact.  You will mentor the team in the issue management process and lead the management of critical issues.

• Track Warranty Claims and overall cost-of-quality.  Provide Warranty Estimates for Operations Planning.

• Risk Management:  Lead risk assessments and failure mode and effect analysis to identify possible quality and safety risks through product development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Product, Software, Hardware, Installation, and Manufacturing teams for quality-related tasks, focusing on product improvement and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience driving quality within a Hardware organization.  

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or similar. 

• The ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills.

• Strong understanding of hardware product development, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies.

• Proficiency with Risk and Issue Management tools like FMEA, 8D, 5W, DMAIC

• Data analysis skills with a track record of using data effectively to drive action.

• Ability to travel to vendor and partner locations.

• Strong desire to deliver high-quality products every time!
