We have partnered with Deloitte and are looking for a Senior HRIS Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in advancing our HR Technology initiatives.
The Senior HRIS Data Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance, developing innovative solutions, and performing in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role also involves testing, reporting, collaboration with the Change & Communications team, and conducting training sessions to enhance user competency.
Requirements-HR Technology Support:
- Provide comprehensive assistance and support for HR Technology updates, ensuring the seamless integration of new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to address technical issues and optimize HRIS performance.
-Innovative HRIS Data Solutions:
- Develop innovative HRIS Data solutions tailored to specific client needs, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance HR processes and decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology to propose and implement innovative solutions.
-Strategic HRIS Analysis:
- Perform in-depth HRIS-related analysis to drive strategic decisions. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the HRIS.
-HRIS Testing:
- Undertake HRIS-related testing to ensure optimal functionality and troubleshoot any issues. Work closely with technical teams to validate system changes.
-Detailed Reporting:
- Generate detailed HRIS reports to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information for informed decision-making.
- Customize reports based on specific requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
-Change & Communications Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the cross-program Change & Communications team to create and uphold the Change & Communications plan for HRIS updates.
- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition to new HRIS functionalities.
-HRIS Training Sessions:
- Design and conduct effective HRIS training sessions to enhance user competency. Tailor training materials to different user levels and ensure a thorough understanding of HRIS capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
