About the role
The Worldwide Sustainability (WWS) org is seeking a self-driven, highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Executives. This role will be an integral part of the organization supporting collaboration, communication, and increased productivity through the understanding of business goals and organizational dynamics. In addition to flawlessly planning and executing, the successful individual will independently solve problems and take on projects to improve the organization.
The role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, ability to find and simplify processes, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive collaboration. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information is key to success.

• Responsible for the complex calendar management of two Executives; scheduling with diplomacy, discretion, and haste.
• Identifying key milestones for projects and events, then working backwards from those deadlines to ensure team deliverables are met.
• Creating and enforcing mechanisms that will scale, optimizing efficiency around every-day tasks, while continually auditing current administrative mechanisms for relevance.
• Arranging complex domestic and international travel including detailed travel itineraries and thoughtful planning.
• Submit Executive expenses against Amazon policy and track organization expenses and budgeting.
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities including meetings, socials, and large scale events.

Seattle, WA, USA
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
