Location: Cleveland County Detention Center – Norman, Oklahoma
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday–Friday) | On-Call Required

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Health Services Administrator (HSA). In this leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of medical, dental, and mental health services, ensuring compliance with all policies, standards, and regulations. This is a critical, hands-on role that blends clinical knowledge with administrative leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and ensure regulatory compliance

• Manage staffing, training, orientation, and performance evaluations

• Coordinate purchasing, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Lead quality assurance, infection control, and staff meetings

• Monitor subcontracted services (e.g., pharmacy, lab, x-ray)

• Handle provider coordination, patient care issues, and follow-up

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for compliance

• Support discharge planning and emergency response preparedness

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent needs

• Promote a respectful, supportive environment for patients and staff

• Foster relationships with community agencies and healthcare partners

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oklahoma)

• Leadership/management experience is required

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)

• Ability to pass a background check

• Experience in correctional healthcare, public health, or similar environments preferred
