Travel: This role requires associates to be in-office 4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Position Overview:

This program manager role will be responsible  for overseeing an Enrollee services program who is capable of providing information, answering questions, assisting Enrollees with locating services and maintaining eligibility in a timely fashion, resolving Enrollee Grievances, assisting Enrollees to file and pursue Appeals involving the denial, termination or reduction of benefits and services and serving as the primary point of contact for the DHCF Ombudsman.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Manages and coordinates the development and compliance of on-going external client facing programs

• Ensures program meets its stated objectives

• Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day external client facing business issues

• Researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends

• Manages member facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas

• Coordinates training for wellness centers with a “Member satisfaction purpose”

• Develops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of program success

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be familiar with Salesforce

• Experience with Tableau strongly preferred

• Grievances and appeals experience strongly preferred

• Enrollee Services experience strongly preferred

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $103,408 to $155,112

Locations: District of Columbia (Washington, DC)
