JT518 - ASSOCIATE MANUFACTURING PROCESS TECHNICIAN - NS

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities: 

• Load products into machines to maintain line efficiency.
• Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Specific responsibilities include moving totes, large scale solution prep batching, cleaning equipment, steaming equipment, and prepping equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school/GED + 1 year of work or military experience or Associate degree
• Biotech DS manufacturing experience (preferably solution prep)
• Basic GMP knowledge
• Machine operations and pharma experience a plus
• Skilled in computer literacy
• Committed to continuous learning through self-motivation
• Effective in collaborative team environment
• Understanding of Electric Batch Records, DeltaV, and LIMS.
• Start Day of the Week: Sunday
