<p><i><b>About the Role</b>:</i> </p><p></p><p>As <b>Senior Technology Product Manager</b> you will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations. </p><p>We strongly believe in the Agile way of working that has really been embedded in our daily work. We leverage teamwork, self-organization and proactivity as the best solution comes from collective intelligence and collaborative decision making. </p><p></p><p><i><b>Responsibilities:</b></i> </p><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps for the cloud infrastructure platform, aligning with business goals and customer need.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct in-depth market and user research to inform product <span>features. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and stakeholder feedback. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, risk, and technical concepts in an accessible way. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor product performance and suggest improvements. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Define and document product requirements and specifications. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API specifications, and release notes. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver value incrementally </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring alignment and transparency. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Skills required</b>:</i> </p><ul><li><p><span>Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager</span></p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing competing priorities.</p></li><li><p>Ability in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions. </p></li><li><p>Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience. </p></li><li><p>Ability to manage tasks and milestones using PM tools. </p></li><li><p>Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints. </p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and stakeholders. </p></li><li><p>Team player attitude, enthusiasm, proactivity, and autonomy. </p></li><li><p>Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-118864</p><p></p><p></p><p><span><i><span>Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.</span></i></span></p>
