Keches Law Group, P.C. is a well-established, growing, 50+ attorney law firm with offices in Milton, Bridgewater, and Worcester, practicing in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and discrimination.


We are seeking an Attorney with three-five years of experience and admission to Massachusetts to work in our Tort Department.


KLG's tort and medical malpractice team is comprised of nationally renowned attorneys who have obtained outstanding results for their clients. The firm's culture fosters an environment for individual and collective growth. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn from senior attorneys at monthly educational meetings and during the annual firm summit. This is an incredible opportunity for a young attorney to grow as a litigator and trial attorney while making a difference in the lives of their clients.


Essential Functions

  • Handling small to complex litigation matters
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role, however the employee may at times be required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Requirements

Education and Experience

This position requires a current Juris Doctorate as well as admission to Massachusetts.

Salary and Compensation

Position salary will vary based on experience, education.

  • 3+ years of experience working in personal injury
  • Prior trial work
  • Rules of Civil Procedure
