The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Engineer will be working with cross-functional partners and will be responsible for development, testing, deployment of solutions and release management. The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot existing integrations and develop new solutions to improve customer experience, address challenges and risks. The ideal candidate is innovative, analytical, and passionate about D365 F&O to support business.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 security roles, duties, privileges, and permissions.
• Experience working with Microsoft Visual Studio (using X++) and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Building, deployment, and migration of Microsoft Dynamics F&O solutions across development, test, stage, and production environments.
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
• Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements and ensure implementation recommendations appropriately fit.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills when working with end-users and fellow team members.
• Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Design and develop systems to support both business and technical integration needs.
• Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections and integration of features in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations extensions, reports, and integrations, as well as providing IT support.
• Experience working in core financial business process, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Journal, Procurement and Fixed Assets.
• Full code life-cycle management including deployments via Azure DevOps & pipelines.
• Experience in Dynamics technical design and developing extensions and customization experience (X++, SSRS).
• Experience with Azure DevOps code and deployment management.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, database, and infrastructure concepts for ERP deployment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other information technology-related field.

Plus:

• Proven knowledge and experience of Microsoft Common Data Service and the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI).
• Experience with ISV solutions – Avalara.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Function App).
