Description

Join our dynamic Security and Services team as a PM+ (Project Manager Plus) to lead a talented group of developers and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features to our customers. This role involves close collaboration with the Product team, active participation in agile rituals, and ownership of the entire release process for our microservices.

Responsibilities

• Manage developers and projects to deliver high-quality features promptly.
• Collaborate with the Product team to groom user stories and manage sprint expectations.
• Work closely with developers to design, implement, review, and maintain software.
• Triage support team-identified issues and escalate as needed for swift resolution.
• Lead and own the entire release process of microservices.
• Facilitate and participate in all agile rituals to ensure team efficiency and alignment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for your team.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management in a highly dynamic software development environment.
• Technology stack: Java, Microservices must have experience; AWS would be a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and rituals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical background with the ability to understand and guide software development processes.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, NY, and WA.
