Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm with weekends availability

We’re looking for you. 

The Environmental Services Technician will maintain neat, orderly and sanitary conditions by performing a variety of environmental services as directed by immediate supervisor or other management personnel as required.  

Responsibilities

1. Perform cleaning and disinfecting of all areas according to the department policies and procedures as assigned. This includes departments, patient rooms, offices, hallways, walls and windows.
2. Report damage or abuse of property, maintenance concerns and any fire or safety hazards.
3. Clean and store all equipment and supplies.
4. Will have daily contact with patients, family members, employees and the general public.  Must remain HIPAA compliant.
5. Must be able to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
6. Performs other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications 

Preferred: 

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous Hospital Environmental Services experience.

Required Interpersonal Skills: 

• Maintain commitment to excellent customer service.
• Must be able to read, speak, write in English & follow oral/written instruction.
• Exhibit professional appearance.
