Pastry Cook (Seasonal)

Working alongside the Executive Pastry Chef at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Seasonal Pastry Cook who will be responsible for preparing all food items as necessary for the Pastry Kitchen.

Key Accountabilities

 
•    Prepares all food items as necessary for the Pastry Kitchen in addition to filling all food orders for the various food outlets in the Hotel
•    Also prepares daily order lists for the Pastry Kitchen as well as helping to maintain clean and organized kitchens and food storage areas
•    It is important to be present on the station during the work shift

 
General Requirements 

•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry, baking, or dessert preparation, preferrably in a fine-dining environment.
•    Ability to work a flexible schedule
•    Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
